Yes. Reviews are listed on each companion’s profile. Also, you may leave reviews for a companion you have hired. In fact, we encourage that as a source of information for other clients who are seeking a companion for their family member.
Vaccination status is available on each companion’s profile.
We encourage clients to correspond with potential companions to ensure a good match for your loved one’s needs and preferences. Visit our website at CARINGLY.LIFE , select a companion that meets your needs, and send a message through the website to the companion to arrange an initial meet and greet at a convenient time. All communication must take place on Caringly’s messaging platform to ensure privacy, security, and proper documentation. This helps us maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved.

Cost FAQs

The cost of hiring a companion varies based on the companion and the duration of the service. Rates are determined by the companion. You can review the list of potential companions and their rates.
Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover companion services; however, some long-term care insurance plans do. If your loved one has long-term care insurance, we recommend checking with your specific plan to find out what benefits are available in your case.
There are no hidden fees. All costs will be transparently communicated during the sign up process.
Tips are optional but appreciated.
Payment is via credit card only. We do not currently have a subscription plan.
Rates are set by individual companion per visit.
The Cancellation Policy is determined by the Companion and is displayed during the Booking process.
